1. Service provider
This website is operated by qorzdelia.com, a sole proprietor (PE) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU code 31185222, Office 5, 12 Reitarska St, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine. 2. Services and prices
We provide facial grooming and cosmetic care. Scope, duration and prices in UAH are shown on the booking page before you confirm. Prices may change; the price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.
3. Bookings, cancellation and no-show
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment at no charge. Later cancellation or no-show may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price. Refunds follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection".
4. Cosmetic disclaimer
Our facial grooming is cosmetic only and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Specific results are not guaranteed. Commercial claims follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising".
5. Complaints
Write to hello@qorzdelia.com or call +380 500 469 4028. We respond within 10 business days; unresolved disputes may be pursued under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection".
6. Personal data and cookies
Names, phone numbers, booking details and cookie or analytics data are processed only with your consent under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX "On Personal Data Protection". Non-essential cookies load only after consent. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
7. Language of information
